Regarding the Filling:

Six pieces of crumbled, crispy bacon

Fourths of cooked and sliced breakfast sausages

Half a cup of cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup of cooked, coarsely chopped mushrooms

1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes

Two tablespoons of finely chopped chives

Worcestershire sauce, two tablespoons

Half a teaspoon of black pepper

Half a teaspoon of paprika

One-fourth teaspoon of salt

Regarding Topping:

One tablespoon of milk and one egg yolk (for egg wash)

Two teaspoons of optional sesame seeds

Directions:

First, get the dough ready.

Mix the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast in a large bowl.

Pour in the egg, melted butter, water, and heated milk after creating a well in the middle.

Using a wooden spoon, stir the contents until a dough begins to form.

The dough should be smooth and elastic after 8 to 10 minutes of kneading on a lightly floured surface.

Put the dough in a bowl that has been oiled, cover it with a moist towel, and let it in a warm location to rise for around an hour, or until it has doubled in size.

Step 2: Get the filling ready

Cook the bacon until crispy and break it up into small pieces while the dough is rising.

After cooking, cut the sausages into little pieces.

The cooked bacon, sausage, cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, chives, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and paprika should all be combined in a mixing dish.

Mix everything and put it aside.

Step 3: Form the Bread and Fill It

Punch the dough down to release the air once it has risen, then roll it out into a broad rectangle that is roughly 12 by 10 inches.

Spread the prepared filling evenly on the dough's surface.

To create a log, tightly roll the dough from one end to the other.

Place the rolled dough seam-side down on a baking sheet that has been oiled, pinching the edges to close.

For a another 30 to 45 minutes, let it rise while covered with a kitchen towel.

Step Four: Baking

Set the oven temperature to 375°F, or 190°C.

Apply the egg wash (milk and egg yolk) to the top of the dough.

For added taste and texture, scatter sesame seeds over top.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in a preheated oven, or until the bread is golden brown and hollow when tapped.

Before slicing, take it out of the oven and let it cool for at least ten minutes.
